air pump failing

Hi just new to this site but i needed help... can anyone tell me why my air pump has decided to only pump to one side of the undergravel filter... it is an AQUA ONE 9500... less then 6 months old

what tube divider are you using? theres 2 types 1 is the T type that you can't control and theres another one with controls. i'm guessing your using the plastic T type and one side of the under gravel has a easier air exit so all the air gets pumped there.change the tube divider to the type you can control the air flow and tweak it so the flow rates are equal.

well when i first put it in i had no problem but after a few months and the tank got a bit of slim around the tubes one side was blowing bubbles fine but the other side was blowing bubbles up the tube but only coming out the top like this ,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,
if you understand that... then eventually it stopped and now the other one is doing the same thing... yesterday i bought an internal filter for the tank... but still would like the air pump going aswell...

maybe theres something stuck in there preventing the air from flowing through
