African dwarf frog food and stuff

So I got one of these frogs like 2 weeks ago cause I was half asleep and my girlfriend talked me into it.
Im wondering whats best to feed them? Right now its just him, a betta, and a snail and He eats flake food and bloodworms just fine.
Also, would they like something to like sit or or something higher up in the tank like one of those turtle aldn things?

They are fully aquatic, so they are fine hanging out on the bottom of the tank.

You might want to get him some shrimp pellets.. Will he feed from the surface?

If so, get some repto-min reptile sticks... If not, shrimp pellets, worms, and flake should be ok.
