I know all too well that frogs are move oriented. Not to be off topic or anything, but
this is a picture of my Pacman frog staring down a cricket. It was staring that cricket down so long, I stopped filming, took a picture, and then started filming again, and you can't tell anything had happened between the 2 videos LOL. It will wait 5 minutes watching a cricket until it moves and then
BANG and the cricket is gone (except for the legs hanging out of the frog's mouth.
From what I have heard, ADF are partially blind, and they use smell for their main sense in hunting. Even in my short, personal experience with these great frogs, I have seen the ADF locate a still algae wafer and drag it away. I have heard stories in many accounts of people dropping in still food, and later it being gone. I do agree that ADF are best fed by moving food, but ReptoMin for Frogs is formulated for ADF and ACF, and is a very important part of a frog's diet.
