Got tank # 9 tonight. I found a free 20 gallon high on Craigslist gratis. Whisper 30 filter. 100w heater, 10 gallon rated air pump and 20" bubble wall, with some polyresin decor. Also a ton of litte stuff (silk plants, filter bags, test kits). Two Ottos (went into my littlefish tank), one black neon (into the tank with my other black neons), 3 Red Eye Tetras, 3 Highfin Black Skirts, 2 Bleeding Hearts, and 2 Pristella tetras.

Thinking about moving the pristellas and Black Skirts into the tank with with the bristlenose. I may have to take the Red Eyes back to PetCo - Plant eaters & fin nippers. Not sure abut the bleeding hearts. Ultimately, I want to make this tank my little girl's Guppy tank and free up that 10 gallon for some Dwarf Puffers or bumblebee gobies.

What a bargain. If only I have your tank or a tank at free price, then I could place some black neon tetras and more red phantoms.

You got too many tanks now that you're suffering from 'Many Tanks Syndrome'.

Where do you put them all. (I can just imagine, "One in the first bedroom, one on the second bedroom, one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen, one in the living room, oh no, was that two in the living room...?)

One in the family room, one in the Living Room, one in my daughters' room. Three in the computer room, three in the bedroom. Mrs Hat said to me yesterday, "You realize that you're going to run out of space pretty soon." I said, "Yeah". Of the four tanks remaining empty, one will go in the Girl's room (a 5.5 for a betta), two in the Living Room (on an over/under stand), and one held in reserve.

I need a fish room. Time to weatherproof the garage.

(Actually, it's time to build some custom over/under shelving to consolidate the smaller tanks.)
