A Red Tailed Shark is not a community fish. As noteed in our profiles, they can become very nasty. Having one in a tank means no other substrate fish (you had mentioned loaches previously), and they get large and can become aggressive to many other upper fish. Golden Barb is not suitable with angels, as it can become a fin nipper. Also needs a larger group (8+) and is quite active which can also stress out angels.
