120 Gallon Tank with Stand and Sump

Alright, I have found a 120 gallon tank with glass lids, two bulb light fixture (cheapo), Two overflows in the back. All plumbing. Sump. Two pumps for the Sump. And a few other things. The stand is home made.. I have not seen it but lets assume it looks decent. The tank is Glass.

How much is this worth? Supposedly 1 year old.
The guy at first told me it was 150 gallons but once he gave me the measurements I knew better.

He wants 650 for it now. Is it worth it?

I can get a brand new 150 gallon tank and pine stand for around 800 dollars. But it doesn't come with lights, sump, or glass lids. What do you guys think?

If that is what you are willing to pay, then it's worth it. The funny thing about selling used equipment is the value is the price at which the buyer is willing to spend and the seller is willing to take. I'd haggle with him and try to get a better price. You just may get a better deal. I bought a 210g setup with all needed to set it up, and I mean all, for $300. All was just a little ofver a a year old. Haggle. But, don't get too greedy.

The thing to the right of the bucket looks like a protein skimmer to me. I've only ever heard of using those in salt setups.

I didn't get this tank.. The people didn't have any manors.. So I didn't give them the pleasure of selling it to me.
