Suggestion for a good lumens for a non-plant tank

Any suggestions for a good 2850 lumens to consider, not sure what is to much or too little.
I was thinking of (Philips 32-Watt 4 ft. T8 Cool White Linear Fluorescent Light Bulbs) for example
Thanks Brian

What effect are you trying to achieve? From a quick glance, you are speaking of a 32 watt bulb? How many gallons is your tank, and how many bulbs does your fixture hold?

Keep Smiling~Carole
