Should i be using a powerhead?(its just there to generate current). I have one i just put in my tank with common goldfish and a common plec. I have a ex1200 filter and airwalls. The fish find it really powerful and i think it startles them sometimes when they swim through it. Its 12000L/H in a 75 gallon, not sure if i should leave it in or not?

sorry if i'm missing something here....
is your external filter not creating surface movement ?
why do you need extra ?

ohh ok,
umm well as long as it's not making the tank like
a washing machine, then it could be ok.
don't take my word for it,hopefully someone will be
along to join in. :)
