Thinking about getting this light but I have no idea if it is any good. heres the link: Odyssea T5 Aquarium Lighting
Will this light fixture fit a 29 gallon(30in.L x 19 in.H x 12in.W) and is it okay if I just run ONE light on it. Will running only ONE of the bulbs(IF POSSIBLE) be enough light to grow plants like CRYPTS, AMAZON SWORDS, BACOPA CAROLINA? And most importantly HAS ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BRAND AND WEBSITE?!?!? Any info. or recommendations of this would be HELPFUL! Also if anyone knows were I can BUY/MAKE DUAL T8 OR SINGLE T5HO would be HELPFUL as well. THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!!:):):-D:-D

I think 24 watts is doable in a 29g. I think I had 30w over mine when it was up and running, and had a massively thriving crypt in the tank. Swords may be okay in there as well, cant comment as to bacopa or the reliability of the website :\ though it looks like a good price. If you are looking for a DIY version, scout through the DIY builds, i'm sure there is a thread in there covering this. Home depot or lowes will probably be the cheapest supplier for you on the DIY route.

Dual T8 fixture would be my choice and is what I have over 29 gallon tank.
I bought it from Doctor'sFosterSmith.com
The 29 gallon tank is 24 inches long, so the fixture you mention at thirty inches long will hang over both ends by three inches.
A single 24 watt T5 fixture at 24 inches long, could also work and I have been considering this for my own 29 gal.
The bulbs in the dual 24 inch T8 that I have, are only 17 inches long ,so the corner's of my tank are not very well lit but at the moment,,the Anubia plant's work well in these shaded corner's.
