Need to upgrade my lighting for a planted-fish Aquarium.

So I am about to buy some grow-pots from a retailers, and as my current bulbs might not be up to the challenge of keeping my plants in good health, I was curious if anyone could recommend me some decent T8 bulbs, that are a balance between affordability and quality.
(I'd rather not spend too much on them as they are more of an upgrade rather than a replacement 'must').

I'm currently using a Fluval 125 Roma with 2 "Glo" Bulbs.
One Aqua-Glo 24Inch 20W Bulb.
and
One Power-Glo 24Inch 20W Bulb.

I have been looking at replacing the Aqua-Glo with a Sun-Glo, as I have been told that the Aqua-Glo isn't a good/powerful bulb to be used for plant health/growth.
(I was mainly looking at the Sun-Glow as I do not know of any other better options I could possible choose from.

- Thanks!

Infact, I have just found a Life-Glo T8 bulb, that will fit into my fixture.

So I'll be using that with either the Aqua-Glo, or the Power-Glo.

(I've read reviews where most people seem to use the Aqua-Glo and Life-Glo combination, but not sure if using the Power-Glo would be a better option).
