ML Double Bright LED's over a 10g?

I'm currently in the process of doing a dirt convert on my 10g RCS tank. I'd like to switch the lighting over the tank from a single 18" fluorescent tube to either a Dual T5 NO or HO or Marineland Double bright LED setup. I'm leaning towards the LED's as it seems to be the "new thing" in the aquarium world. However it will be a heavily planted low tech tank with mostly low to low-mid light plants. Will the double bright LED's provide enough light to sustain decent plant growth? I can't seem to find enough articles concerning LED's over a 10g to make my decision. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

10g - Red Cherry Shirmp
20g long - SE Asia "Biotope"
30g - Jasper's (GF) Tank
75g - South American "Biotope"
Plenty of empties...

Not sure exactly what light that is, but the people I have spoken to lately seem to like the finnex fugeray's on nanos.

Did a little more looking around and ended up buying a Finnex Fugeray Planted +. It should be here tomorrow. It turns out the Double Bright ML fixture wouldn't have been enough. ML makes a plant specific fixture but costs around $350 beans. I read tons of good reviews on the Fugeray Planted + and for $80 shipped I thought I'd take a shot with it.

Just as expected my Finnex Fugeray Planted + showed up today. I installed it and immediately saw a HUGE difference. It was much brighter and lit up more of the tank than the single T8. Since it has white, red and blue LED's is there any advantages or disadvantages to running them all at once? Or should I just use the red and whites? I reset my timer for 8hrs instead of the 10hrs I was running due to the extra light hoping I don't get any algae.

Hope you like it. I have not tried them yet. Let me know how you do, because I know eventually I have to replace the one I have. They do not make them anymore.
