LouzZ's 55g Planted Tank

Ok so i gave up on Saltwater and decided to return back to Freshwater. I currently have Coralife's T5 HO Light Fixture with 10k & ColorMax Bulbs. Also have a 50-60g Hang-up Filter, a sump with a 1200gph pump (saltwater sump). Any suggestions on what and how should i start setting up my new tank? it has water already cycling in but i need to buy gravel & substract... any suggestions?

umm you should have added the gravel first. cause if you add it not it will cloud the tank and you'll have to restart the cycle or you could empty the cycled water into a holding tank and clean the gravel in the main tank till the water runs clear then only add the cycled water back in.
