Looking for a 15" long light fixture

Hey all, I have a very old (20+ years) fish tank that my dad bought when I was little. It is a hexagonal tall 35-40 gallon tank and has a nice wooden base and the top, however, I do not have a light fixture and cannot seem to find one that will fit. The dimensions are 15 1/2" long and 3 1/2" wide and I have attached a picture of the hood below...

So my question is where can I find something to fit this? I cannot find anything anywhere or I just don't know where to look. I would rather not get something custom made so any help would be wonderful!

Go to your local pet store and look at florescent reptile lights, I'm pretty sure my small uvb light is either 15 or 18 but they usually have a few sizes that would work well for you
