Lights for nocturnal viewing?

Are there any lights for nocturnal viewing. Lights that simulate moonlight or something like that so it doesn't disturb nocturnal fish.

Low wattage is perferred

Yes, you actually guessed it yourself hehe. They are called LED moonlights, and im pretty sure they have low wattage, they wouldn't require high as they aren't the brightest light obviously.

They're reasonably cheap too, probably around 15-40 US depending on your tank size

Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
