lighting for 29g tank

I know this is for saltwater aquarium, but since freshwater doesnt have a lighting section, I tho I would ask my questions here.

Here are some information about my tank:

1 cory catfish, 1 chinese algae eater, 2 gold gouramis, 4 glofishes, 2 neon tetras, 4 male adult guppies, 4 adult female guppies, and 10-15 guppy fries.

As right now, there are only amazon swords in it.(I think they are swords). The lighting on it is only the original 20w light that came with the tank. Here are my questions:
If I get the 1x55w Bright kit from AH Supply, do you think it would be enough for my tank?
Also if anyone here ever purchase one of those kit from ah supply before, do you think it can fit under the original stock housing from the tank?
