Internal Power Filters

Hi Guys,

I have an Otto internal power filter 800L P/h see pic on http://www.aquariumproducts.com.au/i...er_filters.php

in my 3ft Tank and it keeps it so clean its not funny even when i do water changes gravel is almost clean.

I have 2 other tanks that a 1.5ft tank (50L) and a 4ft tank (300L) the 50L tank is my breeding Guppy tank and the 4ft tank has two turtles in it and as you know they are very very messy.

I was looking at getting a Otto or similar setup of filter for those tanks to ensure top water quality at the moment they have small filters that barely seem to clean the tank at all. Looking at the above mentioned website would the cheaper Version of the Otto internal power filter be as effective as the Otto or would it be best for me to go the Otto?

If any one else has any suggestions of filter, I know a canister filter would be great for a 4ft tank but i have no room to put it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Take a look at the Fluval 2+, the Fluval 3+, and the Fluval 4+. I have them in a few of my tanks and am very pleased with their performance. The two larger models also let you know when it is time to clean them. They are really nice filters.
