I recently bought a new heater, and it turns on but it can not maintain a normal temp., meaning that if I turn it down, even a little, it can not heat the water and the temp. drops. If I'm being confusing, I mean that it turns on but can't really heat the whole tank, should I buy another heater to help heat the water. The current heater is rated for 60g. but my tank is only 37.
