Question Filter reccomendation for 5.5 g tank?

Hi there! I need a reccomendation for a filter for my 5.5 g quarantine tank. Would a tetra whisper in-tank model be appropriate?

Glad you got it solved. My 2 cents a tank this size a Sponge filter (Then you also don't have to worry about replacing the media)

they didn't have the little whisper when I went back. (Grr! ) so I've got the 5 gallon Elite Stingray instead. It's just a QT tank, so it should be ok.

Oh I have just been looking at this filter for my 8 US gal tank, do you think it would be strong enough for an 8 gal?

You'd have to get the 10 gallon model methinks.

Just a Betta and 5 neons. It is a tall tank rather than a long one, I don't know if that makes a difference!

For the tank & stock you got, just use a sponge filter.
