THere is if it creates a whirpool in the tank, lol. It's a 10 gallon tank.
Do you recommend I go with the Penguin 100 or 150?

go with the 150. Won't be too much circulation but will have more media and more biowheel surface area. Plus if you want to upgrade to a bigger tank you can still use that filter.
