Current Creating Machine

I was just wondering if i should buy a machine that creates a current for my cichlids. So yeah and also any good brands or specific brands that are better than others.

That really doesn't narrow it down a whole lot. There are over a thousand species of cichlid on each of those continents.

I will say that you generally dont want to keep them together though. The more common cichlids like opposite water conditions. Still speaking of the more commonly available ones.. Africans like hard water with a higher PH, and are from lakes so wont appreciate a current. South American ones need soft acidic water and are from rivers so will appreciate a current. Whatever you do one group of fish is not going to like it.

Again this only applies to many of the more commonly available cichlids, you will have to figure out which each of your fish are from and what is their natural environment.
