Yes U need to put 2 heavy things on each end so its stretched flat and tite. And then boil a hettle and use the steam to steam the crease do it for about 3 mins.

wow, some great responses!

I'd love to spray paint, but the tank is full and in place against the wall so I can't move it without draining alot of the water. its against a white wall too, and on beige carpet so I don't want to risk it.

I'm going to try to steam this afternoon!

LBW - would car spraypaint do the job here? I haven't seen any textured paints over here like the ones you showed us but I thoguht that some of the metallic colours of car spray paint would look nice.
