ok i added 1 bag of bio spira to my tank today and was wondering what do i need to do its a 30 gallon tank that has ammonia levels high 8.0. what do i do if nitrites or nitrates spike please help before it happens

You need to wait 24 hours. If its is still high, then add another.

no no no i added bio spira to my tank to help it cycle faster. and i also have fish in there soo i was wondering if i should do a water change if my nitrite and nitrates spike or should i just let it complete

No, you should do water changes. 20% every day or two will help reduce your levels if they're too high.
