Uhm you'll need a heater (~3w per gallon) you'll need nets to catch fish in & out uhm food, fish, plants, fertilizer for your plants, a liquid test kid if you don't have one, nice piece of driftwood or add rocks for your set up
Uhm maybe get some plants...no seriously that's all I can think of...

OR for that matter if you're such lucky man to have everything you want: Get a 2nd tank

Oh actually: Get an air pump & stones too, in case of sickness its darn handy to have one at home then & there
And get a feeder in case you wanna take a vacation and have no one to look after your fish.

Love the set up with the rocks! But toss the plastic plants & add Swords or something along these lines, will look awesome.

Well if you've got all you want...how about I send you my wish list Mr Santa
