The good news is my 90 gallon tank will be ready for pick up in a week. I also just set my new stand up today. However I'm starting to get really nervous about the front corner seam on my tank. The right pane of glass sticks out about 1/16 of an inch and in that corner on the outside I can even feel where some silicone has pulled away. The other side is smooth. This side I can definitely feel a ridge were the glass doesn't line up.

What concerns me more is that being impatient today, I moved the tank and the fish on the new stand with about 10% of the water in it. I was very gentle and was literally able to slide the tank from the old stand directly onto the new one without any lifting. Don't ask me why I didn't just wait to set the stand up when I get the new tank (now i regret it) but my question is should I be concerned about this tank failing? Could the fact that I moved this earlier today make it more prone to fail? Or is this just a cosmetic defect? The tank is 3 years old and for the most part the interior silicone beads look like they are in good shape. Also the tank is level, but it has also been moved 2 other times and originally it was not on a level floor for about 2 years. Soray the pictures will only upload horizontally...

Soooo, any chance you can provide some shots of more of the tank to go with the close ups so we know what exactly we are looking at? Kind of like a macro pic for reference and then the micro pic to show the issue.

125 - BGK, chanchito cichlid, pictus cats, silver dollars, palmas bichir
125 - cichlids (severums, bolivian rams, chocolate), rainbows ( turquoise, red), loaches (angelicus, zebra, kuhli and horseface), plecos (BN, RL and clown), denison barbs, tiretrack eel, pearl gouramis, betta
