RIP Eclipse, Pongo

My female betta Eclipse passed away. Not quite sure when. Cleaned my tank yesterday and she was no where to be found.

I have to say we'd been waiting for her to go. She sat at the bottom of the tank and moved only when she had to get more air. I don't think she even ate anymore near the end.

I've already mentioned Pongo's (female molly) passing. Still unsure what caused it.

Really sorry to hear that you lost your buddy. If there were no signs of disease maybe she was just old?

thanks, I'm not quite sure how old she was, she belonged to my friend first. Although I was with my friend when she was bought. It was only a few months ago I think.
