When I first started my freshwater tank I got a swordtail named Big Mama because she was a HUGE fish about 3-4 inches and she got pregnan and gave birth to 27 babies and I saved those babies and only a few survived because they grew faster then the others and ate them I'm not sure how she died or why but I got back from school one day and she was dead the magnfishsent(a pun) fish was dead and I can't say what happens to her body because it would break the rules by I will say one thing and that is that I didn't need to flush her(or any other fish for that matter)
