Zebra Danio Breeding

One of my Zebra Danios seems to be pregnant (considerably larger stomach than the others) even after not being fed. I know they are egg-layers and not live-bearers so was just wondering what I would do to keep some of the fry. I do have a breeders-box (where the fry would fall through) but wouldn't I need the male in there as well? I'm very in-experienced, They've (6 of them) been in a 55 gallon tank. So, what's up w/ her and what should I do?
