Nowhere near as impressive as your list, but I've bred the following:

Kribensis cichlids
Guppies
Mystery snails
Pond snails (should I even include these? haha)
Golden wonder killifish
Swordtails
I'm pretty sure my zebra danios lay eggs all the time but they just get eaten
My peppered corydoras have laid eggs countless times but they always get eaten

All of these were pretty much accidental, although I got mixed sexes of the guppies and swordtails on purpose to provide fry for my other fish to snack on.
