Re: Unstopable breeding Mollies
How many males and females does he have? Recommended sex ratio is one male to 2-3 females. Females can store sperm thus allowing them to drop several batches of fry in a few months. This is one reason why I hate livebearers. They deliver several fry and you don't know how else you can accommodate the lot as the fry are quite excellent at escaping predation with the exception of sick and deformed ones.

It is advisable to separate both genders as soon as you can determine the sexes to prevent interbreeding which can result to several cases of deformities.
Livebearer fry can take artificial foods readily so it shouldn't be a problem. Increasing growth rate is done by plenty of food rations and water changes.
Good luck to your friend.:)
