Tiger barbs mating right now!!!!!!! Need help fast!!

OMG!!!!!!!! my tiger barbs grew up together and after having them for 6 months they r mating right at this mment!!!! the female is rlly rlly fat and has been for a long time!!! plz tell me everthying there is to know about the babies..i dont have any live foods so is that gonna be a problem..do they lay eggs or what cause i dont see anything!!!!!!!!!!????????????????

MY TANKS:

36 GALLON- PLECO, 2 CORIES, ANGELFISH, 2 SILVER DOLLARS,FLY FOX

20 GALLON- 2 female guppies, 20 fry(born 11-26-10)

try removing the pair into another tank if you dont want the other fishes to eat the babies.there's this thing called a breeding mop or something like that for the fry to hide in add that in the tank.thats the basic i guess. hope it helps a little.

5x2x2 aro,highfin bat,fei feng,ST,albino tinfoil,c.perch
4x1.5x1.5 planted tetras,harlequins,
otto,WMM,2 types of celebes rainbows,rcs,amano, bamboo,red ramhorns,MTS
3.5x2.5x2 flowerhorn,pleco
3x1.5x1.5 russel's lion,blue cleaner,sixline and leopard wrasse,maroon clown pair,green chromis,scorpion,tiger cowrie,turbo,lyretail anthias,jewel,anemone,star polyp,marbled and giant green mushi,zoa
2x1x1 nano sw shrimps

well i dont know what happened.. i dont know what the eggs look like so i dont know if i got some or not..it happened overnight so idk if they got eaten..i didnt see anyone picking at them around the area they mated in.. i dont have a spare tank to put them in..what do the eggs look like??

yellowish i guess.most fish eggs are.i dont think you need another tank.ask the lfs the have breeding tanks that fits in the main tank.mostly used for guppies.

well i cant find any eggs so i guess they are all gone or hiding :(

did you have hiding places for the fry in the tank??? if not i'm sorry but i do hope they're there =)

there r alot of large rocks and small spaces that the fry can go in but the adults cant..i hope some survived..it will be cool to see an egg grow into an adult :) i never raised one so i hope at least one out of those survive...if there was any cause i cant find any

If you don't see any eggs isn't it possible the barbs ate the eggs?

they mated all over the place and its hard to see any with the type of rocks and plants i have so im still lookin..i thinki i got one egg but i doubt its an egg..it looks orangish but its not a circle looking egg its like rocky??
