they all got eaten :(

my guppy gave birth last thursday to, i can imagine, about 20 fry. wen i got home i spotted 6 in there still alive. on sat mornin they were all gone :(:(:( she gave birth exactly 28 days from the last lot so she was spot on. im most upset but i vowed from now ill not try to save the fry as i have limited space. maybe next month

sorry to hear it. i cant bring myself to not save fry though so i have spoken to my lfs and they have said that they will be happy to take the (molly) fry off me once they get a bit bigger. i wouldnt get anything for them, just a taking them off my hands type thing. maybe you could see if yourrs will do the same?

yes they would take them but not til the r about 4 months old. i have nowhere for them to grow out til that age. i already have 20 fry that r 1-3 months old in a small breeder and i feel awful for them. i have moved 3 of them into my livebearer tank to grow them faster and they r doin really well. maybe once ive got rid of this lot ill save some more :)
