I dont know of any one that would want to put them kind of snails in ther tank. Unless it was asasian snails, apple snails ect. It dont take long for little snails to over run a tank. What kind of snails do you have>?

I would keep them in a filtered tank. Snails are not very tolerant of ammonia or nitrite spikes.
You can always remove some of the adult snails, if you want to watch the young ones grow. Then there would not be an increase in the load.

I would run a small sponge filter in the tank and do water changes every few days.

You could google DIY sponge filters. Although, I have not done it myself, I have read up on it some. Not to expensive.
