Keep doing what you've been doing. Feed live or frozen food a few times a week and keep your water parameters tops. Platies will eat their babies if left together. If you're planning on raising them you'll need to seperate them or have lots of plants for them to hide in.

Platys will eat their young, as will many livebearers, if give the opportunity. If you have a well planted tank with plants in which the young can hide, java moss or similar, you may be able to leave the pair in the tank together. The care of the female is nothing extraodinary. It sounds as though you have been doing a very good job. Keep doing as you have. Keep doing your routine maintenance and you should be fine. Be careful after the young have been born doing water changes. You may suck a few babies up when you siphon the tank. Keep us informed.
