Aquarium
IDK, it look like it's very bloated to me rather than full of eggs. Does it look like any of the scales are sticking out (called "pineconing")? Is she swimming and eating ok? It could be constipated or it could be Dropsy. Also, what are your water parameters?

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty

Pineconing means that she could have dropsy.

Is your fish pineconing? If not, then she probably doesn't have dropsy. The disease is internal and can be difficult to treat Epsom salts can be helpful though. The bacteria that causes dropsy is contagious.Yes, dropsy can kill.
