Then you should be good. My girlfriend had a 5g and the fish brutaly tore the babys to pieces. What other fish do you have? Do you have any hiding spots like plants?

Not to worry, it happens a lot!! She will drop again in 35 days. so mark it on your calender and be ready early morning at day 33 onward. Peak into the tank without the light on. putting on the light seems to make the babies usually at the surface, noticable, and mom will scoop them up. If you peak in the back and see some then open the front and feed her at a far away spot, then go back and try to net a few at a time into a cup or tub or something with water from the tank. Once collected you can decide are you moving them to a grow out tank, or are you moving mom out? You have 35 days to decide what you are going to do on the next blessed day. LOL. oh and be caredul what you wish for... my 13 baby mollies seem to all be females.... I think I will let nature take it's course from now on. Good luck.

A good way to see if your mollies are pregnant is to see wather her belly is round or not. Round/squarish bely probably mean pregnat!
