pregnant fish

hi i have a tropical tank, in it we have several types of fish, one of the pregnant females is giving me cause of concen, i do not know what type of fish it is but i have a pic of its partner maybe someone out there will be able to tell me what kind it is. It is not moving much, its very round and look slike it is in trouble. It is lying upside down in amongst the plants, looks as though it could burst open any time. is this normal
