Platy Flirting Behavior?

So, just wondering if what I'm seeing is platy "flirting" behavior.
My male platy, Skittles, will swim up to one of the females, Tokyo, very slowly. He'll over there for a moment, then start to rotate onto his side towards her. He does this quite a bit, though she tends to swim away after he does this.
So is this platy mating behavior???

Yup typical platy mating display, they will do this over females and other males they are trying to show dominance to.

That's encouraging. I've been trying to get those two to breed. One's a micky mouse and the other a calico. The fry would look beautiful. :)
