Newest clutch of CONVICTS

Everybody knows that Convicts breed like rabbits.But I actually breed them and raise them till they develop their stripes, and sell them to a local pet shop.The newest batch(I didn't even expect)was a brother and sister that spawned.I don't recommend in-breeding,due to long term flaws and unhealthy fish. This was purely by accident. When I saw the fry free swimming,I decided to let the mother do her thing. She is now it the breeder tank.The father likes to eat his fry after about 1 week,so he now resides in the Oscar Tank.You can see mommy Convict with her half striped and half ALBINO fry.Just wanted to let everybody know that they are THRIVING, and I haven't found One dead fry yet!. The estimated count of this females clutch is around 40-50. Not bad for her first spawn.[/b]

no.But as soon as i eat dinner,I will take out the log in the middle of the tank.that way i can snap a digital of the babies.It is 6:12 pm here, I'll have a picture posted by 8:00pm.

well, i thought i would be able to put my pics as attachments,but this forum doesnt let you attach Jpegs,and i dont know how to convert the picture or compress it.I have vista and im not to familiar with it yet.So I will put the NEW PICTURES of the Convict fry on my tank profile please look at them.

I run into issues with posting pics a lot here. I think sometimes the resize doesn't work. I always just use imageshack.us or something like that, cuz you don't need an account or anything, just upload and link :D

Yeah, well i figured it out.I just looked at the (HOW TO).I put the pictures in the (pictures) forum.
