Ok well this be enough in breeding neon tetras??? BlackWater Extract with peat moss???removing carbom from the filter and adding drfitwood???All of the above or will rainwater be enough?
Breeding Neons will prove verrrryyyy difficult... personally i would go with all of the above. but also wait to get some tips from other breeders as i have only spawned Flame, and Black Skirt Tetras...
(those are 2 good starter tetras.)
Neons breed easily. It's what tetra's do but trying to keep neon spawn alive is another whole ballgame. The eggs must be kept in the dark or the light will kill them.
i would do alot of research before i'd begin.i've read your egg tank should have scattered maebles and a particular ph (acidic). my neons 4-F, 2-M became excited when the dark tank lightened up along with a temperature increase.turned out i had scattered eggs and they did not mature.
