well for one you shouldnt have goldfish in there with tropical. Tropical are warm water fish and your goldfish are coldwater fish. Even though they may survive, you can't create an ideal environment for either. As far as your fry, I would by a net breeder that you can hang inside the tank and put the fry in there. In a 55 gallon tank they can easily get lost and will have a harder time finding food. The net breeder will make sure that the other fish don't eat it and that the fry are getting fed well. Just crumble up whatever flake or pellet food you have and give it to them. Once they are big enough they can be released.

ok, the goldfish thing i have had him inn warm water for 4 years so his fine, but my lfs is out of breeder nets but i have a 10 gallon tank with nothin in it, and it has a heater and gravel filter will that work?

well just cause the goldfish is living doesnt make it ideal...but i'm just saying :) The 10 gallon will work fine and would be a good place to raise the babies. Otherwise i've seen people make homemade "breeder nets" out of old plastic cool whip or butter containers or something that they attatch to the side of the tank and cut tiny slits in to let water flow through. As long as its cleaned well (preferably not with soap), it will work. I had one customer once who had a large fish net that he just hung on the side and put gravel in the net so it hung down inside the tank making a little "net cage". If you didnt want to set up the 10 gallon, there are creative ways of making a setup for the fry.

my neighbor had a nursery tank i have that set up in the tank ready, but i dont know who is givving the babies, is there a difference between mollie fry and guppy fry?

there is a difference but its hard to describe it really. Working at a fish store I can tell just by looking at it but wouldnt know how to explain it really. Why did you put the female that was pregnant in the nursery? The female may eat the fry if she gets a chance. Just put the fry by themselves in there. They will eat and survive by themselves.

i took her out but there is a shelf that she is above, and when she gives birth the fry fall threw a shoot into a diffirent room
