If I was to breed swordtails would a pair do fine or should I get 2 females and a male. I have a 46 gallon tank.

Is there any other fish in the 46 gallon? You would do best with 1 male to 3 females.

And just before you laid dead weight upon its shores, I stung you in the face for that's the nature of my core.

Yes 3 giant danios, 2 kissing gouramis, 1 chinese algae eater, 1 rainbow shark, 1 siamese algae eater, 4 rosy barbs, 3 zebra danios, 3 neon tetras. I was going to wait till some of my fish died before getting the swordtails.

Yeah that sounds kinds crowded... I wouldn't add any swordtails until there is more room... How does the SAE and CAE get along?
