Molly babies?

I have 8 balloon belly mollies...
If 1 of the adolescent boys is breeding with an adult female, is that ok? Also, can they breed within their families? Last, the male adolescent that I have keeps bending his anal fin back and forth. None of the others do this. Is this normal?

He also seems off balance when he bends his anal fin back and forth.
