Lots of baby Honey Gouramis..

I noticed them this morning they are hidding in the Water Sprite I have floating at the top of the tank a few did swim out and were eaten by the male gourami so I moved him and the 2 peacock gudgeon to another tank I was going to move female gourami to but could not catch her. LOL I am going to make a divider this afternoon so hopefully they will be safe from her. There are lots of them and I hope they make it. Is feeding them really crushed up flake food enough or should I get them something else? I was not prepared for them but I am going to do my best to take care of them. I will find homes for some of them and keep a few and the rest I will trade to the LFS for store credit. They are in the 20 gallon long tank that I have that has lots of plants in it.

I recommend feeding the fry newly hatched brine shrimp or liquid fry food. This also works well - Hikari First Bites at PETCO . For the few you're going to keep, I'd wait until they're 1/2 an inch long to put them back in the community.

Good luck!

Thanks you guys. Teddy if you really want some when they get bigger I could mail you a couple when they get big enough if you pay the shipping.

I'd actually take a couple from you when they get bigger. We can arrange it so that I pick them back on my next trip to the mountains (after they are big enough).

Ok NCFrank I will let you know when they are big enough. LOL Kimmie they are so tiny I can not get them to show up in the pictures. Maybe in a few weeks when they get a little bigger I can get them for you.
