Hey there, well hopefully i can get you started. Personally, I dont have any experience with breeding Bristlenoses. I have heard that they are one of the easiest fish to breed though. First of all, you obviously need to have a male and a female that are both of a mature age. Im not sure how big they have to be before they can breed but im guessing they should be around 3-4 inches? Just a guess. You will need a cave of some sort for them to spawn in. The male will clean out hte cave or something like that. I think he will then invite the female in and then they do their thing. Then the male guards the eggs and aerates them. The fry can then be fed on some live foods i think. I found most of this information mainly from google. You can also get some more information from the tropical fish profiles. Second tab from the left. Dont trust everything I say, as I have had no experience breeding them and all this information is mainly from me research a lot about fishes. Oh and one more thing, if your bristlenose catfish are old or mature enough, it should be pretty easy to sex them. The males will have a lot of bristles above their mouth, while the females will have less and mostly in a circle above the mouth. Hope this gets you started. Remember, google is your friend.
