Redtail catfish as in the one that gets 4-5 foot long as a sexually mature adult? I dont beleive you will be breeding them in anything less then a very large pond and at that there is very little info on them so the only way is to have a pond large enough to recreate their natural enviroment and hope none ever get out and destroy all the native fish populations - I advise against trying
The only place you will likely find information on breeding them is from a zoo or public aquarium. These things need tanks of about 1500-2500 gallons at adult size.
They simply cannot be kept in a home aquarium (unless you happen to build an enormous tank) for more than 2 years, by 2 years they will have grown too big for almost all but custom made aquariums.
