Time to sellable size depends on size at which one thinks a fish is sellable. It takes around 2.5 to 3 months for adult coloration or longer in my experience. I wouldn't consider a fish sellable until it reaches 1.5" which takes around 4 months.

1 month old = .5" / 12 mm
3 month old = 1" / 25 mm

So, I ended up getting the flu really badly and wasn't able to get anything for fungus. About 1/2 the eggs ended up getting fungus, but I picked out any that had it on them as soon as I saw them.
About 5 of the babies have hatched, others are still working on it, but I can see their outlines inside the shell, so I'm hoping they are still alive and working on it.

aww they so cute they look like tadpoles lol sorry to here about some losses but so is nature
