Has anyone here bread Serpae Tetras?

Just curious as my cycle is coming to an end here shortly and i will be adding more serpaes. I want to get a 29 Gal and then use the 6gal Fluval (current tank) as my fry tank. I think my current serpae may be a female. It, Fishy Fisherton, has a little bit wider body than most the others i noticed at LFS. FF is wider in the middle than the width at the eyes, which is not the same for most at the LFS, most at the LFS are under and inch still though(in length). Just trying to figure out if i am gonna have free fish food soon as it is hard to sex these fish from what i am reading. thanks guys!

most tetra will eat their eggs, so if you want to raise the fry you will have to be present when the eggs are laid and fertilized and immediately remove them to a prepared container with a method of preventing fungal infection.

can u actually see the eggs inside the body of these fish?

I dont think so, but there should be other signs. I haven't really looked into breeding serpae though so I'm not sure.
