I've currently got roughly 2 month old guppy fry in my tank and obviously their at the age for showing colours.
I'll just give info on mum and dad, dad has silvery tiger stripes body, with a yellow tail with black polka dots. Mum was black with a grey head and yellow tail with black polka dots.
I also have 2 male endlers in my tank.
One of the guppy fry, (a male) Has come out with very strong black colouring on body, yellow tail with black polka dots, a white fin on the top, and strangely enough a BRIGHT orange endler like stripe just above the fins on the side.
Is this possible that after getting pregnant from my guppy, the endler has got her and fathered a fry?
I must say, he is beautiful, why do LFS sell them as feeder fish the hybrids?
I would post a picture, but he is still quite small and does not stay still at all!
I'll also add, i have got 9 fry alltogether, most of them are coming out alot like mums colours, 1-2 like dad, and then theirs this one
