Fry Survival rates

Okay my black/blue convicts had over 200 eggs - most hatched now she's down to about 10 fry - is that common?

I'm a first time breeder so I don't know if that is good rate or not.

I have a pink convict tank with about 50+ fry right now and I just started feeding them powdered cichlid food, but I'm not sure they are big enough to eat it.

A lot of it depends on how you were feeding them... Were you feeding them BBS? Were water parameters good?
