Well the famous cory babies, at almost 4 weeks old have now been moved into their new home which has finished cycling - a 7g tank. They share this with 2 golden apple snails.

They are swimming about a lot and they definitely seem much happier now in their own tank, rather than the breeder unit - understandably!

They seem to be absolutely fascinated with the snails! They won't give the poor snails peace but the snails don't seem to mind.

I am using a 5g filter for them just now, which is lower than should be because I want a really weak intake and flow for them but because of this I have to do 25% water changes every 2 days to make sure the water is nice and clean for them.

They are now all different sizes and have all really grown. They're totally bronze now and are fully formed, just in miniature! :)

Photos coming as soon as I can figure out how to work my new camera ( :D ) and how to get them onto the computer...

Failing that, photos coming tonight, when I get my boyfriend to do it for me.

Keep your eyes peeled....

OK, pictures are kinda rubbish because I only got the camera today and haven't had a chance to look at all the different modes etc, and also because my glass is really dirty as I'm trying, and aucceeding, in growing algae on the glass for the snails.

Well, here they are, eating their favourite - crushed catfish pellets.

You must ahve been at it a while! LOL

I thoguht I would post a sort of diary of events, with the hope that it would prove helpful to others, even if I don't get it 100% right, posting my mistakes would mean that others wouldn't make the same mistakes.

Glad you found it helpful, and I hope you have luck with your cories! :)
